Single Source will bid Client’s scope of work and manage up to 3 prime contractors* or Client’s General Contractor from start of construction through project opening.
Advisory Services
Single Source can provide guidance to Clients on any predevelopment and construction work. This can mean reporting to project investors on project development progress, highlighting major permitting concerns, budget review, or general review of construction activity and schedules.
Tenant Coordination Services
Single Source works with retail and office tenants to ensure their design, permitting and construction expectations are met by setting reasonable expectations in the beginning of a project and managing all necessary professionals to meet those expectations. Single Source has contracted with Owners to manage several tenant build outs and with Tenants to manage their design and build out of their space.
