Joy Skidmore – President

Joy has over 20 years of experience in real estate development and construction.  Joy has worked in the pre-development, brokerage, survey & engineering, architectural design and construction segments of both the commercial and residential industries.  By working within many different fields in the real estate development business across the nation, she has been able to gain a wide range of knowledge within each discipline needed from site contract execution to grand opening of a project.

The idea behind Single Source Real Estate Services is to use this knowledge and experience in site planning, entitlements, permitting projects, and tenant coordination and construction to help clients in negotiating through what some feel is the “black hole” of permitting and approvals and to save our clients time and money in getting their projects open and operating.  This range of expertise in the many different fields of development, through numerous market areas around the nation provides our clients a streamlined process from start to finish.  We have been proudly serving our clients for over five years and hope to continue our mission and do what it takes to bring our clients’ visions to reality.
